2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

- Your item was purchased directly from theMIYU.shop.

- It is within 30 days of delivery.

- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided.

- Due to hygiene reasons, used beauty products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out using the live chat within 7 days of receiving it.
Include:

- Your order number

- Photos of the product and packaging

- A short description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
